REFUND POLICY
The goal of CENDRA is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) in exchange for a Gift Card.
To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be made within 14 business days from the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unused and complete.
- Initial shipping costs will not be refunded to customers.
Once the items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the returned items. If an exchange is made, the customer must purchase the desired item using the store credit. We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during the return shipment.

Important Note*: Due to the saturation of courier companies during the Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas seasons, some shipments may experience a slight delay in delivery. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us. Pre-orders are collected and at the end of the promotion they are prepared and shipped. Consequently, it may take a few weeks to arrive; if you have any questions, please contact us.
We ship worldwide. Below, you will find details of the costs and types of shipping corresponding to each country.
If you wish to make a change in the shipping address after the order has been shipped, you must contact us as soon as possible. The change of the shipping address will incur an additional cost depending on the destination.
For all shipments to Spain, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transportation of all our orders is Correos. For international orders, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transportation of all our orders is DHL.

- Our gold products are plated with 18/23k gold of the finest quality.
How to store our jewelry?
To prevent our jewelry from being damaged or scratched over time, we recommend storing them in a CENDRA box or a cotton bag to ensure their longevity. Our CENDRA boxes are designed to keep the jewelry in perfect condition. We recommend removing jewelry before engaging in any sports or sleeping to avoid potential damage.
How to clean our jewelry?
To clean our jewelry, we recommend using a microfiber cleaner and rubbing it on the piece to restore the initial shine that may be lost due to contact with the skin's pH.
Can you shower or swim with our products?
- Our pure silver products can be used underwater without any problem.
- Gold-plated or silver-plated products can get wet, but we do not recommend bathing them daily as they may be damaged over time when in contact with soap or water.
- We do not recommend swimming in the sea or pool with our products as salt and chlorine can deteriorate any type of jewelry.
